Private request media and messages are limited to participants and authorized operations workflows.

ProxyLife collects data only where it supports the operating record, safety, payment, or communication flow.

Controls and retention

Users can control product preferences, while ProxyLife keeps records needed for safety, compliance, disputes, and payment history.

Users can update profile details, language, and notification preferences from account surfaces.
Request participants can access their request thread, proof, messages, and review history while the account and record remain active.
Private files are stored with restricted access and delivered through controlled request views or signed paths.
Deletion or export requests may be limited where records are needed for payment, fraud prevention, legal compliance, safety review, or dispute history.
