ProxyLife
Terms

Terms for using ProxyLife.

These terms explain the core operating agreement for requesters, Proxies, and ProxyLife operations. By using the platform, users agree to keep requests legal, permissioned, accurately scoped, and coordinated through ProxyLife.

Operating standard

Plain-language commitments for account, payment, proof, and privacy workflows.

These terms describe how ProxyLife operates. They do not expand the platform beyond permitted Local Proof requests.

Platform role

ProxyLife provides request intake, matching, payment coordination, proof delivery, review, dispute, and operations workflows.

User accounts

One account may act as requester, Proxy, or both. Proxy access requires application review and routing eligibility.

Payments

Requester payment, platform fee, Proxy payout, cancellation, refund, and release states are handled through the platform and payment provider.

Operational review

Disputes, moderation, payment exceptions, and unusual request states may be reviewed by ProxyLife operations.

User responsibilities

ProxyLife depends on accurate scope, respectful coordination, and safe field work.

Requesters must provide accurate locations, timing, access instructions, proof expectations, and lawful request details.
Requesters may not ask Proxies to trespass, impersonate, surveil people, pressure third parties, buy restricted goods, or use private credentials.
Proxies must accept only work they can complete lawfully, safely, and within the stated scope.
All request coordination, messages, files, proof, review, cancellation, and dispute activity must remain inside ProxyLife.

Payment, proof, and disputes

The request record is the source of truth for payment state and completion.

Checkout secures the requester offer and applicable fees before ProxyLife routes eligible requests.
Proxy payout is released after requester approval, dispute resolution, or the review window closing according to platform rules.
Refunds, partial refunds, payment release failures, and charge-related exceptions may require operations review.
ProxyLife may pause, cancel, reject, moderate, or remove requests that violate safety, prohibited-task, payment, or platform rules.

Related standards

Safety, platform rules, terms, and privacy standards are connected so users can understand the operating model without reading a wall of policy text.
